Refund and Returns Policy for Activerapic Furniture

At Activerapic Furniture, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your furniture, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
  • The item has not been assembled, used, or altered in any way.

Note: Customized or personalized items, as well as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call (626) 793-5467 with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must include this RA number when returning your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If it does, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our mistake or a defective item.

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. Please contact us for further guidance on returning international orders.
